Contribution Requirements & Regulations
Paid for by P MILES FOR JUDGE 2026, FPPC ID#1487518
Eligibility: You must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder). This contribution is made from your own funds, and funds are not being provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contribution Types: Corporate and individual contributions are accepted. Contributions to this committee are not considered charitable contributions for income tax purposes.
Contribution Limits: This request does not seek a contribution in excess of applicable limits or from prohibited sources. The California Political Reform Act (Prop. 34) places limits on contributions (including loans) to candidates and imposes certain prohibitions.
Cash Restrictions: Contributions of $100 or more made in cash, by cashier's check or money order are prohibited.
Address Requirements: eFundraising and P MILES FOR JUDGE 2026 cannot accept P.O. Box designations. Your address needs to be a physical address.
