Elect Administrative Law Judge Patricia Miles
Alameda County Superior Court, Seat 19

Why I'm Running
Three Core Commitments to Alameda County

Protecting the Rule of Law
If elected, I will fiercely protect the rule of law and ensure equal justice for all. Our justice system is the foundation of our democracy, and every person deserves fair treatment under the law.

Direct Impact on Our Community
I have been pleased to serve 13 years as an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) at the California Public Utilities Commission. This means that I already have experience hearing disputes, evaluating evidence and rendering balanced decisions. These are skills that will permit me to be effective from day one on the bench. I am seeking election to the Alameda County Superior Court to have a more direct impact on the lives of members of the public who may appear before me.

Ensuring Equal Justice
Every person who enters the courtroom deserves to be heard and treated with dignity. I'm dedicated to a justice system that is impartial, transparent, and accountable to the families we serve.
